This is how it all started…

That’s me and Killer. The first cat I lived with. He wasn’t feral, but he was pretty wild, and a bit of a prankster from what I recall. He definitely set the tone for what I expected from cat behavior.

I am a writer and photographer and feral cats have been a huge part of my life for more than a decade. I came to the feral cat thing naturally – they came to me. I had no training, but they have definitely trained me and taught me a lot. And, I have certainly had help from others in my local and in the online community.

I started this blog a few years ago because feral cats were such a big part of my life and I wanted to share their stories and mine. I’m often slow to add and update, but I hope you’ll keep checking back.
